Weekly Subscription Terms

These terms apply specifically to our weekly wash, dry & fold subscription. They sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions — where the two conflict, these subscription terms apply to your weekly plan.

The Plan & What's Included

  • Plans: Starter (up to 6kg), Family (up to 10kg) and Family+ (up to 15kg) per weekly pickup.
  • Included: Wash, dry, fold, free round-trip pickup & delivery in Hamilton, and guaranteed 24-hour turnaround.
  • Not included: Ironing, dry cleaning, commercial laundry, and items listed in Prohibited Items in our general Terms.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup window: 5 – 7 pm on your chosen day, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not available.
  • No same-day pickup: Subscription pickups are scheduled in advance and same-day pickup is not offered on the weekly plan.
  • 24-hour delivery: All clothes are returned within 24 hours of pickup, between 5 – 7 pm the following day.
  • Access: Please leave your bag on the porch by 5 pm. We cannot guarantee pickup if the bag is not accessible.

Billing

  • Recurring weekly charge: Your card is charged automatically each week on the billing day you chose at sign-up, via Stripe.
  • First payment: Taken at checkout. Subsequent charges occur weekly on your billing day.
  • Promotions: Promo codes (e.g. WELCOME50) apply to the first week only unless stated otherwise.
  • Failed payments: If a charge fails, Stripe will automatically retry. Service may be paused until payment succeeds.
  • No refunds for unused weeks: Weeks already billed and processed are non-refundable; please pause in advance if you'll be away.

Weight Allowance & Overages

  • Each plan covers up to its stated weekly weight allowance (6 / 10 / 15 kg).
  • Overage fee: Weight above your allowance is charged at our standard wash & fold rate per kg, added to your next weekly invoice.
  • If you regularly exceed your allowance, we may suggest moving you up a plan tier.

Add-ons

  • Optional weekly add-ons include Softener, Sanitizer, Scented Beads, Hypoallergenic Detergent, Dryer Sheets, Stain Remover treatment and Separate Load.
  • Add-on prices shown at checkout are weekly indicative amounts; usage-based add-ons are reconciled to actual weight/load count and may appear on the following invoice.
  • Ironing is not available as part of the weekly subscription.

Pause, Skip & Cancel

  • Skip a week: Notify us at least 24 hours before your pickup to skip a week with no charge.
  • Pause: You can pause your plan for up to 8 weeks at a time from your account.
  • Cancel anytime: Cancel from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid week — no future charges will be made.
  • Late cancellation: Cancelling or skipping less than 24 hours before pickup is treated as a missed pickup (see below).

Missed Pickups

  • If we arrive within the 5 – 7 pm window and no bag is accessible, the week is treated as a missed pickup and your weekly fee still applies.
  • We'll always try to contact you first if anything looks unusual.

Handling, Liability & Prohibited Items

All laundry handling, liability limits, prohibited items and sanitisation rules in our general Terms & Conditions apply to every subscription pickup. Please review them before signing up.

Changes to the Plan

  • You can change your plan tier, pickup day, billing day, address and add-ons at any time from your account; changes apply from the next pickup cycle.
  • We may update pricing or these terms with at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
