If your laundry weighs more than your plan
You're never charged your plan plus another full plan. We bill the tier that matches your actual weight for that order:
- • Starter over 7kg up to 10kg = Family ($42)
- • Family over 10kg up to 15kg = Family+ ($55)
- • Over 15kg = actual full weight × $3.67/kg (e.g. 16kg = $58.72)
