How Our Pickup and Delivery Works

Getting started is easy. You can book your slot online, and we offer two convenient pickup windows: 8:00am–10:00am or 4:00pm–6:00pm. There is no minimum weight requirement, and we offer a standard 24-hour turnaround. If you're in a real rush, we offer a same-day express service for a flat $10 fee. We don't take payment at the time of booking; instead, we weigh your laundry at our studio and email an invoice afterward. You can pay via bank transfer for free, or via card with a small 2.5% surcharge.
